From a copper kettle in Sham Shui Po to cafés across the city.

In 1958 our founder brewed coffee in a dented copper kettle for dock workers and tea-restaurant regulars. Three generations later we still charcoal-roast the signature blend by hand — and we've added a specialty line of single origins, drip bags and cold brew for how Hong Kong drinks coffee today.
